House purchase prices: Slight fall after a general rise

The average property price in Antibes was €5,693/m² on 1 December 2024. Although the price has fallen slightly by 0.1% compared with last year, it has risen by 8% over the last three years.

Rents in Antibes: A slight rise observed

On the rental side, prices have continued to rise. Over the last 4 quarters, the median rent for flats in Antibes has reached €16/m². This represents an increase of 2.6% on last year.
